Year 2025
The year 2025 has begun rapidly in the industry, bringing new BIM requirements for the construction and reconstruction of Third Category buildings in Latvia.
Over the past years, Exact Dwin has accumulated valuable experience in 3D surveying and BIM modeling of various objects.
Reflecting on our achievements in 2024, we are proud and grateful to our clients for their trust!
Last year, we surveyed a total of 27 buildings of various scales, covering a total area of 140,000 m².
BIM models were prepared for 13 buildings. We worked across a wide geographical area, spanning 17 cities, including locations beyond the Baltic states.
Keeping up with industry developments, since last year, we have also been providing BIM coordination services for both the design and construction phases.

In recent years, the question of restoring facades while preserving the historical appearance of buildings has become increasingly relevant. We, the Exact Dwin team, are involved in preserving cultural heritage and carry out both 3D surveys and modeling work for historical buildings.
